Finally get my lazy bones to work to update on my very precious course mate gathering.
Last last last last weekend, my ex course mates all flooded in to JB for gathering. We planned it very early, because whatever we planned last minute, even one week before, not many are actually available anymore. I think we planned this in one month advance, somewhere around in late May so as to get everybody to save the date for this. After all, we longed to meet up so much that I got viral to spam our whatsapp group every day.
The gathering was suggested by Shelly, who happened to ffk us twice (and I think she might be a little guilty for this), and was planned only for the girls. I suggested to invite the boys along, this idea struck me when i was wechatting our Prom King, JC. Well, boys being boys, JC got all the boys to agree to storm down to JB hahaha. Maybe they longed for the gathering for quite some times too.
The days before this gathering seemed extra long to me. And finally, they were here.
Those working in Singapore, they actually walked N-km passed Singapore custom bridge to reach Malaysia. Hoho. I picked up the girls in the middle of the night from both CS and Larkin Sentral. Once I reached home, brushed up, immediately I climbed up to the bed and pretended to fall asleep, because if I didnt do so, a 38 po would ask me for bedtime stories, again and again. And for that night, I was not the victim. hahahah.
We woke up considerably early to wait to meet up with the guys, driving all the way down from Malacca and KL. They promised us 11am to meet at Sutera Mall. As expected, they arrived at 12.30pm. How many times do we need to go through this? hahaha. Went to Nyjumaru for lunch, to Taman Molek for afternoon tea break, to Ecoworld Windmill Festival and finally to Daorae for Korean BBQ. Didnt really expect them to agree to dine Korean BBQ because we have one vegetarian course mate. But, craving satisfied, with quite a nice price to pay. 30++ MYR for BBQ Beef. Oooh drools.
