Health got a little bad recently, just visited doctor this afternoon. Hot weather, bad food, the clinic was crowded. I waited for approximately 2 hours until I finally got everything settled in the clinic. Crowded with fever babies, coughing adults and hand shaking elders. Always hated clinic.
Rushed straight to supermarket to get some fresh fruits for my detox water recipe. I take in supplements, but back to basic, what's natural is still the best.
Detox water is super easy to make. Google some for readily recipes or simply mix your own favourites! Chop the fruits, dump them all into a container, add water, TA DAH! Just never ever ever add sugar. How much fruits, how big containers, they all depend on how much you wanna make. Fridge the mixture for 2-8 hours before consume, which that means, if you make this at night, you will wake up with the freshly made detox water to be brought to your office. You can even add water several times after you finish it.
Ah, come back to natural.
