Macbook, love and hate

the only one thing that i loathe of owning a mac is that its ridiculously hard to get its maintenance done.
have been using this macbook for 2 and a half years already.
service is a must for now.

i generally cant go anywhere with laptop without charger.
can anybody tell me where to go?
please?
