it was my birthday yesterday.
after 2 years leaving home and settling down in Johor for my study, this year is my first year of feeling 'it is my birthday!' lol. things like friends treating you special on your birthday.
there is absolutely no different for my sleeping time on my birthday. no delayed bedtime, no delayed wake up time.
i muted my phone on 23rd September night before i went to bed because... you know la haha.
i dont like to be disturbed by continuous text tone when im sleeping ill get boloco.
to prevent from getting boloco on my birthday, i muted the phone.
had a good night sleep.
my friends acutally stayed up late for my birthday but i was sleeping soundly already haha.

among my coursemates, there are 3 september babies.

one friday afternoon, we decided to go out for birthday lunch. we ate. lol. just simple lunch at a simple western restaurant.
i tend to fall silence when we bunch of girls are joined by the guys.
what is happening to me hahaha.
and so, i only took photos of the food.

Sunday was my pre-birthday day.
my boyfie initially was not free because he had to attend meetings.
for that reason, ivy and hui yii decided that they would sacrifice their beautiful Sunday night to cook me a birthday dinner.
it was Achilles, Ivy's boy, cooking that night. the couple is really good in culinary yum yum.
i recalled of the slight weeping during my meal prayer. okay i feel loved.
oh thank God for the friends.
in the end, my boyfie's meeting was cancelled and he gladly joined us at the dinner.
after the meal, the boys tied up boyfie because they prepared birthday prank.
i was upstairs in Ivy's room when that happened.
i remembered them posting a photo of him being tied in the corner up to Facebook but i guess they deleted it because i couldnt find it anymore on Facebook.
i was dumbfounded seeing him tied up when they dragged me downstairs lol. their prank failed because i did not bring any changing clothes. phew.
and then we went to Giant because i said i wanna get some Haagen-Dazs ice cream haha. felt good being the birthday girl.
before i went back home, Ivy gave me my birthday present.

she must have peeked through my wardrobe haha. :D
and hui yii gave me this. nature republic lip balm.
this smells so good the scent filled up my room when i first opened it.
and i received a love letter post from jun haha. loved.
my dad posted a lot of pictures on Facebook for me.
he couldnt give me anything so he posted a lot of my favourite food.
my parents even wrote a letter to me.

he was actually worried about this for quite a period of time.
he intended to give me a cooling sleeping tilam.
but then he knew i cant withstand cold things ill get headache ill whine all day.
then he decided to bring me shopping and bought me present on the spot.
he thought of giving me a pair of Hush Puppies shoes but the model i like is guy's model.
size 7 is like big foot monster on my foot.
then totes. i wont need that much.
then bible. i have already bought mine.
then clothes. weird choices.
then earrings. i dont like the patterns.
then phone case. ive already ordered for us.
then he got so worried and came out with the toilet bowl theory.
the one i posted as Facebook status.
大便都要出来了，马桶还没建好。

im totally fine with it. he had given me more than i can expect.
